Drywall
We offer Drywall Installation, and framing prep for Drywall Board in residential, and commercial settings.
We also offer Drywall Finishing (taping, coating, sanding, priming, painting) for fresh drywall installations by contractors, home owners, and businesses.
If you are looking to renew your wall surfaces, and have any small, medium, or large areas with water damage, or walls have been serviced leaving internal walls exposed, we provide insulation/vapor barrier installation, drywall/plaster patch work, touch up on old paint, and a wall and ceiling painting service.
We also have a gorgeous California Knockdown textured ceiling
We will remove Stucco spray ceilings to prepare for flat or California knockdown texture application.
Framing
We will frame basements, main floors, vaulted ceilings, wall and bulk-heads. Beam and load bearing applications by code an inspected project, and we will work with you for a safe, and professional installation. Framing structure in a home is integral for longevity. We work very well with inspectors to bring each stage of a renovation the quality required to city code.
Demolition of framing members, shoring walls, and pier footings are in our wheel house. The engineer or architect will work with the city to provide the specifications for wall removal, and we will install it based on the drawing to a T.
So lets cross our T’s and dot our i’s and work together to demolish, frame, plumb, electrify, vent, drywall, paint, and install floors, doors, trim, and cabinetry.
For duplexing, I have the necessary training to fire-block, insulate, fire caulk, fire tape, and install double layer type x or c drywall for this purpose. Also if contracted, I can supervise, sub-contract trades, and maintain code for city inspection for all residential renovations.
If you are interested in sound proofing a room, I am trained to install sound proof insulation, resilient channel, and sound proof caulking to screw heads.
I am trained to install round and wall/floor cavity duct ventilation lines for heat, exhaust (exterior wall louver included) , or return air applications (I am not trained to remove or reinstall plenum for supply or return ducts).
Trim, Window, and Door
I am trained to install doors, windows with jams and casing. Once flooring is complete, I am trained to install baseboards providing caulking, and nail hole filling. Refer to Drywall section for painting service.
Flooring
I am a trained ceramic, stone, and porcelain tile installer.
I am also trained to install laminate & hard-wood flooring.
General Contracting
I am a trained residential, and lite commercial General Contractor fully insured with 2 million dollar liability insurance, and WSIB.
Guarantee
I will uphold the highest level of quality. On all quoted projects (not including hourly estimates), I will include a 2 year Warranty for all my services. In the case of hourly estimates, and invoicing, an associate or I will return on a half price hourly rate to remedy any deficiency caused by aging, moisture, wood expansion, workmanship etc.
